*The minimum voluntary donation is $35.00 per year. The benefits value far more than $35 and, therefore, many residents pay more (Thank You!). Dues become payable as of January 1st of each calendar year. Dues must be paid by November 1st of each year to be applicable for voting at the Annual Membership Meeting in November. Please keep in mind that Ivy Hills operates on a cash basis system and, therefore, donations will be recorded in the year they were given. (Note-Ivy Hills Residents' Association is NOT a 501(c)(3) organization.)

Here's is how your money is being put to work. The Association:
- Hosts the annual garage sale and the Annual Membership Meeting;
- Organizes the annual picnic;
- Maintains the entrance signs and tracks street repairs;
- Coordinates snow removal for the neighborhood;
- Creates, prints, and delivers the Ivy Hills directory;
- Pays state and federal taxes and other applicable administrative fees;
- Supports other community organizations with similar interests; and
- Maintains communications to distribute information to our residents via Facebook, ivyhills.org, the listserv, and the newsletter.
Membership Benefits:
- Free entrance for all members of your household to the Annual Picnic and Annual Membership Meeting;

Bylaw Membership Rights:
- Right to Notice of all Annual and Special Meetings;
- Right to vote on the election of Board Directors; dissolution of the Association; and/or any mergers;
- Right to inspect the Membership list;
- Right to inspect the organizational documents; and
- Right to be informed of and vote on any amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws that affect Membership rights.
