CALENDAR OF 2025 IVY HILLS IMPORTANT DATES

2025 Board Meetings: 
January 15, March 12, May 14, July 9, September 10, November 12. See the Board of Directors page for further information including time and location.

Annual meeting: Wednesday, November 12 at Giordanos in Castleton
     Business meeting 6-7 pm
     Annual Review meeting 7-8 pm, all dues paying members invited to participate.
     Dinner and nonalcoholic drinks provided.  Cash bar available.  Adults only.


Scheduled 2025 Events:
Please come back periodically to review this list, as new items will be added through out the year

• Garage Sale:  July 26
• Annual Picnic:  September 14
• Annual Meeting:  November 12

IMPD Satellite Station Still Needs Donations
The IMPD Satellite Station is in need of snacks and drinks, including:

• Individual bags of chips
• Hostess cakes (any kind)
• Slim Jims
• Any individually wrapped snacks
• Bottles of iced tea, Gatorade, water, 12 packs of soda or lemonade
