WE WELCOME YOU TO IVY HILLS!!

The residents of Ivy Hills take tremendous pride in our community, we are located south of the Castleton area, on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Ivy Hills is an established neighborhood featuring traditional, custom homes on large parcels, with mature trees and rolling hills. The area features around 660 homes and sprawls across two townships (Lawrence and Washington), with Graham Road being the dividing line. Most homes in Ivy Hills were built in the 1950's &1960's, a cross-section of area residents would include original owners in their "empty-nester" years, as well as young, growing families. Ivy Hills offers great schools, well-built homes, large yards and a convenient location that is hard to beat in Indianapolis. The Ivy Hills Residents' Association is 100% volunteer-based and is comprised of many dedicated residents who believe in the quality and strength of our community. We appreciate your interest in our community!
